Adrin Nazarian is a Los Angeles City Councilmember for the 2nd district and a former California Assemblymember (2012-2022). Born in Iran, he immigrated to the U.S. and earned an economics degree from UCLA. Throughout his career, he has focused on housing, transportation, public safety, and government transparency. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to Assemblymember Paul Krekorian and has been active in community organizations. Nazarian continues to advocate for homelessness solutions, tenant protections, and city charter reforms. He lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife and three children.
