• What to do when you or your employee reach 65 and are still on the company group plan.
• What you should tell an employee who terminates off your group plan and is over 65.
• How COBRA works or doesn’t work for someone over 65
• Do you offer to pay COBRA premiums for someone laid off. Why you should not if they are over 65.
• IRMAA: Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amount. Extra cost for Part B and D based on your Modified Adjusted Gross Income. What you can do to mitigate or reduce this.
